About us
Our Story
Koruteq was founded by an experienced travel industry executive and a senior systems engineer who witnessed firsthand the IT challenges faced by growing businesses. While working together in a leading New Zealand tourism company, they encountered constant IT demands, limited internal capacity, and the high cost of expanding local teams. Outsourcing directly to offshore providers felt risky, lacking the reassurance of local support.
Determined to find a better way, they established Koruteq—a business that combines the reliability of local client management with the cost-efficiency and expertise of offshore development talent.
After piloting the concept and receiving outstanding feedback, they realized that they had landed on a great model for the sort of clients that they wanted to work with – local engagement, industry expertise, and management of offshore resource.
Today, Koruteq partners with travel, tourism, transport, logistics, and related businesses across Australia, New Zealand, the US, and the UK, delivering tailored IT solutions that deliver real results.

Let us help you.
Regardless of whether you are a small start-up business seeking help with your IT systems or a large corporate seeking to add additional capacity to your own in-house technology team, Koruteq is here to help you.
As every client is different we do not believe in a one size fits all model. However, what we do believe in is developing strong enduring partnerships with our clients.

Cost effective,
off-shore team.
Koruteq’s offshore is located in Karachi, Pakistan.
Karachi is a perfect location for a software development hub. Karachi has a thriving technology sector, driven by excellent universities, producing highly skilled graduates skilled in a wide range of programming languages and cutting edge technologies. The vibrant technology sector in Karachi supports regular tech networking functions and industry events.
However, unlike markets such at India and Eastern Europe, Pakistan still provides considerable cost advantages when accessing off-shore technology resource. Comparable labour rates in Pakistan are up to 30% – 50% cheaper than India.
