East Coast Car Rentals

Koruteq partnered with East Coast Car Rentals to design and deliver a fully integrated shuttle booking system in under three months. Leveraging TypeScript, Vue.js, Java, SQL, CI/CD, AWS Cloud (HA/DR), GitHub, and Twilio, the solution included a customer-facing booking app, a real-time admin portal, and a driver tablet application. This digital upgrade reduced inbound call volumes, boosted operational visibility, and streamlined shuttle coordination across 11+ national locations. Ongoing platform enhancements continue to elevate customer experience and fuel business growth. The project reflects Koruteq’s ability to translate complex requirements into scalable, high-impact systems—fast.

Tomahawk

Koruteq provided on-demand technical expertise to support Tomahawk, a fast-paced marketing agency serving the tourism sector. Acting as an extension of their team, we delivered development support across multiple web platforms, including enhancements to booking systems and automation tools. Our contributions ranged from building a custom Rates module to integrating email workflows via MailChimp and Mandrill. Additionally, we conducted an architecture review across Tomahawk’s digital ecosystem—covering application design, infrastructure resilience, and security—to inform future planning. This engagement highlights Koruteq’s responsive and scalable partnership model, enabling agencies to meet client expectations with confidence and agility.

Mix & Match

Koruteq initially engaged with Mix and Match to develop a platform architectural map of the complex systems environment. Subsequently engaged to provide project management and operational support for Mix & Match’s large-scale CMS migration—ensuring smooth coordination across internal and external teams. Following the successful deployment of the CMS, Koruteq deployed dedicated QA resources to support a business-critical feature release. Recognizing future-facing opportunities, Mix & Match also engaged Koruteq to initiate a ‘First Steps AI Strategy,’ setting the foundation for intelligent automation and enhanced customer experiences.
